Your best bet is probably to request this from Flipboard. Unfortunately we don't have any control over what services they integrate with. We have made it easy for them however, by essentially cloning the Google Reader API.

Also, if you're looking for the ability to send posts from The Old Reader to Flipboard, you can do so with the Send To feature and adding a custom option (in settings) with the following url:
