bookmarklet to go to next item in a folder
Google Reader has a bookmarklet that goes to the next item in a feed or folder. It looks like this:
http://www.google.com/reader/next?go=nextauto&t=4586323219818568841&label=comics

Implemented by Chas. Owens himself!

This. Like the other commenters this is the only way I've ever used Google Reader. I only open Google Reader to organize my subscriptions. The rest of the time I rely on 4 or 5 bookmarks like the above to open the next unread post in a category.
This is more important than a subscribe bookmarklet to me. I only subscribe occasionally, these bookmarks I use constantly. I will only use a reader with a bookmark system like this. Wish I could give it all 10 of my votes instead of 3. -

This is really the only thing I want in a reader. I will go wherever I find this feature first.

This. Please, please, please.
If you add this feature first, you will win the battle of the aggregators.
