Bad handling of xml:base on entry
All the links and images in Tim's blog at http://www.tbray.org/ongoing/ongoing.atom are broken when viewing an entry in The Old Reader. I'm guess the reader doesn't handle the xml:base attribute on feed and/or entry elements correctly. Please fix!

This has been fixed.

Very close... It works for the entry link, now just need to remember to insert slashes between the home segments and the URL's tail. Thanks!

We have deployed a fix that should handle xml:base correctly for post URLs.
We also plan to implement a separate feature that will be re-writing all relative image URLs, it should fix broken images for this feed as well.

This has improved a bit but it's still not quite right. Looks like it's using the base from the feed, but not combining it with the base from the entry.
