Do you read all these suggestions?
It just really felt like the idea I just posted was going into a void and would never be read.
Perhaps a problem with using uservoice for customer interaction instead of email support.

Yes, we read all feature requests. Features that are top-voted here get marked as “Planned” and added to our development roadmap.
When ideas are discarded, they are clearly marked as such.

btw, since I'm not sure my cynism and sarcasm was all noted, so let me spell it out.
I suggest you use email or some other service for "contact us". It's uncomfortable to spend time writing about an idea when you wonder whether it will be discarded.
