And I've just set up a feedly account, where I can play audio files without problem both in Chrome and in Android. I'm welcome to come back to TOR, b/c I prefer the feel of it, but TOR should really start to fix this issue instead of dismissing it as a 'problem with Chrome'

I wanted to return to this. If I refresh the page then podcasts load okay, or I can click 'view attached file' (then close TOR) and have the audio play fine. This is NOT a problem with Chrome; TOR is the only website where this issue occurs. Now, installing gReader app on my Android device, I find that using TOR is completely useless as the fact that TOR doesn't fetch podcast data means gReader is also unable to play them. Near all my subscriptions are podcasts--I've been willing to put up with this so far because a couple extra clicks isn't so bad and I had faith the TOR team would get to fixing this issue, but now there's very little point to using TOR if it can't play audio files in-page.
