Add "Note in OR" or "Note in Old Reader" that will allow us to input a link or text to our RSS feed and share it with our followers.

If you need to share some arbitrary content, there are lots of services that allow you to do that - Twitter, Facebook, Wordpress, Tumblr, Livejournal, etc.
Please don't forget that The Old Reader is an RSS reader.

This is not a duplicate. 187017 is similar to the old reader booklet where you could use a browser plugin to share an arbitrary page. This one is about being able to type in some random text which is not necessarily a content from the web (similar to a tweet or facebook status).
