    I agree with this, although Google Reader trends was very limited. For instance If you had you feeds to show as full items and mark as read on scroll past it counted that as you actually reading an item in trends. It also only allowed you to see the top hitters in your feed list.

    For me it would be better if I could see the feeds I pay no or little attention to (so tracking how many articles I actually click the link, share, send to pocket or star) so that I can periodically remove the feeds that are cluttering up my news feed.

    Currently with Google Reader the only way to do this is to use a kind of folder based league which is cumbersome and time consuming.
