    Please do this. News items should be newest to oldest, but webcomics should be oldest to newest. There must be plenty of other examples.

  2. Allows feeds to be in multiple folders

    This is something I consider very important to my use of a feed reader. I can understand this may require db changes for the many-to-many linking, but I have something like this:

    [News Folder] - all news feeds
    [SciTech Folder] - All sci tech feeds
    [Today Folder] - folder that includes all of the above mixed together

    This means I can read a good mix of items, or only news if that's what I want, or only scitech if that's what I want. I can also mark all news as read (because whatever is left is stale), but leave scitech (because week old science items are not nearly so stale).
