    I threw together a bookmarklet to fullscreen theoldreader: https://isaaclw.github.io/bookmarklets/theoldreader/install.html

    It's pretty crappy, but should do the job for now.

    I wrote this bookmarklet that would delete read content:
    go here: https://isaaclw.github.io/bookmarklets/theoldreader/install.html

    And drag it to your address bar. Then click it when you want to clear large feeds where most of the entries are read.

    Especially evident when I started subscribing to youtube channels. the html5 player stays in the background.

    Noscript indicates a new url: yeoldreader.com, and there's this:
