I think the links "Home", "All Items", etc. should also be collapsible to save screen real estate. Please have a look at the Newsblur redesign to see how compact it can be...

This is for the most part now available with Premium accounts. We store posts up to 6 months old, and the title and body of the post will be in the search index for premium subscribers.

There’s now a subscription management page that allows you to unsubscribe from/move your subscriptions. You can get there by clicking on “Subscriptions” in the user name dropdown in the upper right.

If The Old Reader had a feature to email posts, this request could be easy to handle: Blogger supports blogging via email. So, you could send the posts to a 'secret' email address from The Old Reader to post them to your blogger blog. So, I would suggest supporting one of the highly voted requests that suggests sharing via email.
