An error occurred while saving the comment An error occurred while saving the comment Mike Castle commentedWith the recent UI fresh, I think most, though not all, of the issues raised in this thread have been addressed.
Personally, on my phone, I find myself still hitting the [Like] button on the post above rather than opening the next post I want to read. I don't recall having issues as much with GReader.

An error occurred while saving the comment Mike Castle commentedI think 2 is now addressed. When you open a folder, you now end up at the top of that folder, rather than the top of the page.

An error occurred while saving the comment Mike Castle commentedI think if you click into the body of the current post you're reading, this will work as intended (at least it does for up/down arrows). I think this might be a simple tweak in the JS to keep focus correct. I've seen many apps act this way in the past as well, and eventually get fixed.

An error occurred while saving the comment Mike Castle commentedOne problem with this is, in 2-3 years time, when you might want to start job hunting again, those URLs may not work any more.
Also, you can always save the URLs you're using in email or something.

There’s now a subscription management page that allows you to unsubscribe from/move your subscriptions. You can get there by clicking on “Subscriptions” in the user name dropdown in the upper right.
I was just comparing GReader with TOR on my stock Galaxy Nexus, using FF. I typically run in List view, showing only new posts.
From a readability point of view, I hadn't had much issue with the fonts TOR uses, but I suspect I might in a couple more years (I definitely need to get bifocals). But tapping is a HUGE issue.
If I go into a folder with only 1 unread post, that post is at the bottom of the screen, and it's damned near impossible to select that post to open it up and read it. I am constantly hitting the row of buttons above the single post.
What's worse, every once in a while, at post will get marked read (like it tried to open it and failed, perhaps a FF issue). And then I hit one of those buttons, refreshes the list, and suddenly no posts to read at all!
Actually, I occasionally have the problem on the desktop UI as well, though less often now that I always use keystrokes.
Something that GReader does that TOR does not is it delays marking a post read until the last line is displayed. If TOR could wait until the [Share][Mark as unread][Like] buttons were definitely in view, this would help a lot (for both mobile and desktop). Imagine the case where a post is several pages long and you find out you don't have time to read it. GReader leaves it unread by default; TOR marks it read as default (just opening it).
There is another post point out that the [No posts below this line.] doesn't show up on mobile. Maybe if it did, it's make it easier to click that single post and open it.
Then again, maybe bigger fonts would be all that's needed.
